Due to the limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Refunds on Sale Items
We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments for purchases made prior to or during a promotion or sale.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been fulfilled and tracking shows delivery to the address provided, Harley Madison Author and Red Door Publishing Pty Ltd is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly if there are issues with delivery confirmation.
Order Disputes & Chargebacks
By purchasing from our store, you agree to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent claim may result in a permanent ban from purchasing future products, and we reserve the right to submit all evidence to defend the validity of each transaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 5 days of delivery at hello@harleymadisonauthor.com with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually.
